Borrow a book
Borrow, renew and return books via the self-issue kiosks. You will need your library membership card to use the kiosks.
The loan period for all items is 28 days. We will contact you if your book has been requested by another member; otherwise you can renew twice with your library membership number and PIN. Ask library staff for a PIN, or contact us to renew your books for you.

- We aim to process all requests by the next working day.
- We aim to supply 90% of article requests by the next working day*.
- We aim to supply 75% of book requests within five working days*.
* Some items are requested from other libraries and so may take longer to supply.
We may share the information you have provided with other libraries to meet your request.
