NHS England Spinal Pathway (Level 1) National Spinal Injuries Centre, Stoke Mandeville

We treat adults and children with short and long-term spinal cord injuries and associated problems with paralysis. We carry out surgery and help our patients rehabilitate, understand and live with their injury.

Referring to our service

Referrals should be submitted via the National Spinal Injury Cord database: www.spinalreferrals.nhs.uk

For traumatic injury the referral should be submitted within 4 hours of diagnosis of spinal cord injury.

For non-traumatic injury the referral should be submitted as soon as possible.
