At Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Centre, we look after adults with a brain injury or other neurological condition. We’re committed to helping every person we support feel safe, happy, empowered enabling them to live the best life possible.

Hothfield Brain Injury Rehabilitation and Neurological Care Centre is one of the sites of the Active Care Group, a private organisation that specialises in looking after people who have mental health problems or who have learning difficulties or brain injuries.

At Hothfield we provide rehabilitation and longer-term care for adults with an acquired or traumatic brain injury.

Located within the grounds of a Manor house, we specialise in the treatment of individuals with physical and cognitive impairments as a result of a traumatic or acquired brain injury. We provide comprehensive assessment, rehabilitation and therapy. We also provide residential care, respite care and outpatient services.
