This is a specialist neurorehabilitation service in a purpose-built facility at St Richard’s Hospital in Chichester, part of University Hospital Sussex Foundation Trust.
It is a specialist centre, working to help adults who are neurologically disabled through accident or illness, to live independently as possible. Provides a comprehensive individual programme of rehabilitation, medical nursing, physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy and social work. Information and advice also given.
