Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team – Brighton and Hove

This service provides assessment and therapy to patients in Brighton and Hove who have any neurological diagnosis, to maximise their independence and manage their condition.

The Community Neurological Rehabilitation Team – Brighton & Hove is part of Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust.

We are a multidisciplinary neuro rehabilitation team for people aged 16 and over who have specific long term neurological conditions.

We also provide an Early Supported Discharge service for patients who have had a stroke. The service is always provided in peoples own homes or in care homes.
