If users of community equipment call the old NRS number that is on the sticker on their equipment they will automatically transfer to the Millbrook number
Social care and NHS Community Equipment Services – change in provider
On 1 August 2025, we changed our community equipment supplier from NRS Healthcare to Millbrook Healthcare. Community equipment covers essential equipment and daily living aids such as mobility aids, hoists and hospital beds. These help people to live independently at home and support those being discharged from hospital
Like NRS, Millbrook are a national provider and are the current provider of community equipment in East and West Sussex. With our NHS partners we’re working closely with both providers to ensure as smooth a handover as possible.
