Biography

Amanda Lewis completed her medical training at Manchester University. She trained in Ophthalmology at Royal Glamorgan Hospital, South Wales, Western Eye Hospital, London and Manchester Royal Eye Hospital. She completed two years of Glaucoma fellowship training at Moorfields Eye Hospital, London, before joining the consultant team at Sussex Eye Hospital In 2011. She has an interest in Medical Education having completed a diploma in Education and is a trained educational supervisor. She is interested in international training and development in developing world countries.

She specialises In the assessment and management of glaucoma and is able to offer a wide variety of management options including a wide range of the most up to date glaucoma surgical procedures.
