One Call North is a single point of access for all referrals to North Locality Sussex Community NHS Foundation Trust Community Teams (excluding specialist services).
They provide:
- 24 hour access
- 365 days a year for all Sussex Community Foundation Trust Community Teams
- access to One Team North
- admission Avoidance Teams
- clinical Assessment Unit at Crawley Hospital
- paramedic practitioners
- community nursing teams
- intermediate care teams
- community physiotherapists
- overnight nursing service
- night sitting service and community beds
- access to community beds at Crawley Hospital, Kleinwort Centre and Horsham Hospital.
- signposting to healthcare related services not provided by Sussex Community Foundation Trust.
Coverage area: Burgess Hill, Crawley, Ditchling, East Grinstead, Hassocks, Haywards Heath, Horsham, Hurstpierpoint.
